We all have so many different passwords to remember so it’s only natural you might forget it! We wanted to make it easy for you to change or reset your Kinni account password.
Changing your password
We do not have a specific Change your Password option.
The only way to change your password is:
- Go to the Settings tab in the Kinni app
- Select Manage your account
- Scroll to the bottom of your Account page and Sign out of your Kinni account
- Follow the steps below to Reset your Password
Reset your password
- Go to the Settings tab in the Kinni app
- Select Manage your account
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Sign in
- Click Reset password
- Enter your account’s email address into the box provided, we will send you an email to begin the process
- Check your email inbox for an email from Kinni. We have provided an image here to what the email will look like.
- When the email arrives, click Set a New Password (this link expires within 10 minutes)
- Set your new password and click Submit
Hint: longer passwords are better
Don’t worry, we will let you know if your password if not strong enough 😉
If your password has been changed/reset successfully, you will see the Success screen on the mobile app and Kinni will also send a confirmation email.
If you do not see this screen or receive the email, please restart the process again.
Subscription account
Your password is the same for your user account and your subscription account. You can only change/reset your password through the Kinni mobile app.
