When you are creating your own Workout or customising one of our Workouts from the Workout library, you might want to add tags to them too.
This will help you to find the Workouts more easily using the filter options.
How to add tags
- Open the workout your want to change or on the Create your own Workout tab
- Click the + icon
- Select the tags you want to add
Types of tags
Category –Â Select as many as you want
Effort – You can only select one Effort level
Focus – Select as many as you want
Race type – Select as many as you want

The tags will show up at the top of the Workout details below the description and on the Workout home page.
