Syncing your workouts and sessions

Want to take your workouts and sessions wherever you go? You can sync your workouts and session data across multiple devices automatically or manually.

Why sync your data to the Kinni cloud?

  • You want to use a different device e.g. phone or tablet, than you usually use
  • You want to connect to a different treadmill e.g. at the gym instead of at home

How to automatically sync your data?

Your data will automatically be synced when you are signed into your account. If workouts or sessions are not synced, do a manual sync of your data.

How to manually sync your data in bulk?

  1. Sign into your account 
    (how to guide here)
  2. Go to the Settings tab
  3. Select Manage your account
  4. Select Sync your data
  5. At this point, you can select which data you would like to sync

Upload sessions – upload all your sessions to your Kinni cloud

Download sessions – save all your sessions to your current device from your Kinni cloud

Upload workouts – upload all your workouts to your Kinni cloud

Download workouts – save all your workouts to your current device from your Kinni cloud

How to manually sync individual sessions?

  1.  Open the session you want to upload to the Kinni cloud
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the session data screen
  3. Here you can see if the session has successfully synced to Kinni
  4. Kinni should automatically reattempt to sync to the Kinni cloud once you have opened up the session
  5. If this doesn’t work, try heading back to your Profile > Settings > Sync your data and re-sync all sessions

How to manually sync individual workouts?

  1. Open the workout you want to share to the Kinni cloud
  2. Click Edit workout
  3. Click Update
  4. Here you can see if the workout has successfully synced to Kinni 
  5. Kinni should automatically reattempt to sync to the Kinni cloud once you have clicked Update
  6. If this doesn’t work, try heading back to your Profile > Settings > Sync your data and re-sync all workouts

    Click reset password and the Kinni team will send you a reset link via email.
