Workout Split details

Now you have started running some tough workouts and longer sessions, you might want to view each Split of your workout in more detail.

Here we show you what this means and how you can interpret your whole workout with a fine-tooth comb!

How to view Split details

  1. Log into your Kinni account
  2. Go to the Stats tab and view Sessions
  3. Select the session you want to explore
  4. Scroll down to Session details
  5. Select each Split to view them in finer detail
 
Details available per Split depending on your session:
  • Speed
  • Distance
  • Time
  • Cadence
  • Heart rate
  • Calories
  • Steps
  • Elevation gain
