Who we are
Our website address is https://kinni.co. Kinni is operated by NoblePro and provides the Kinni website, Kinni app, support content, account services, connected workout features, and related services.
Kinni app health and workout data
Kinni may access, collect, use, store, and share health and workout data when you choose to connect supported health platforms, wearable devices, treadmills, or third-party integrations. This includes Health Connect on Android and Apple Health / HealthKit on iPhone, Apple Watch, and watchOS where those features are available and you grant permission.
The data Kinni may read or write includes workout or exercise sessions, activity type, workout date and time, workout duration, distance, speed or pace samples, heart rate, active calories or energy, elevation or incline, and related workout samples needed to show your training history, charts, summaries, and connected-workout features.
Kinni uses this health and workout data to import completed workouts into your Kinni history, display charts and training progress, support Apple Watch and other live heart-rate or companion-watch features, and export completed Kinni workouts back to Health Connect or Apple Health when you enable that sync. Kinni does not use Health Connect or Apple Health data for advertising.
Kinni stores health and workout data on your device and may sync it to your Kinni account when you sign in and enable account sync. Kinni shares health and workout data only with services, platforms, or integrations you authorise, such as Health Connect, Apple Health / HealthKit, Strava, TrainingPeaks, Discord support channels when you choose to share information there, or connected Kinni account services needed to provide the app features you use.
You control this access through your device health-permission settings and Kinni integration controls. You can revoke Health Connect permissions on Android, Apple Health permissions on iOS/watchOS, or disconnect individual integrations in Kinni. Revoking access may stop imports, exports, live heart-rate features, or workout-history sync that depend on those permissions.
Account, support, and contact data
When you create or sign in to a Kinni account, contact Kinni support, subscribe to updates, or use account services, Kinni may process information such as your name, email address, account identifiers, subscription status, support messages, app version, device details, diagnostics, and information you choose to include in a support request.
Kinni uses this information to provide the service, respond to support requests, manage account and subscription features, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, and communicate important product, account, support, or legal updates.
Cookies and website data
The Kinni website may use necessary cookies or similar browser storage for site operation, security, preferences, consent choices, forms, analytics, and account-related flows.
If you use account or support flows that take you to Kinni account services or third-party processors, those services may set their own necessary cookies or storage to keep you signed in, protect the service, or process the action you requested.
Analytics and diagnostics
Kinni may use privacy-conscious website analytics and app diagnostics to understand usage, diagnose crashes or errors, improve performance, and measure whether product and support content is working. Analytics and diagnostics are used for product improvement and service reliability, not to sell personal data.
Where third-party analytics or tag tools are used, Kinni aims to configure them consistently with the consent choices and privacy controls available on the site or platform.
Community and social channels
Kinni's current community channel is Discord. If you choose to join or contact Kinni through Discord, the information you share there is processed by Discord under Discord's own terms and privacy policy as well as by Kinni where needed to respond to you or provide support.
Embedded content and third-party services
Kinni pages may link to or embed content from third-party services such as app stores, video providers, support tools, analytics providers, payment/subscription processors, or connected fitness platforms. These third parties may process data under their own privacy policies when you interact with their content, sign in, make a purchase, or connect an integration.
Who we share your data with
Kinni shares personal data only where needed to provide, secure, support, analyse, or improve the service; comply with legal obligations; process payments or subscriptions; operate authorised integrations; or respond to your requests. Examples can include hosting providers, account and email providers, analytics and diagnostics providers, payment/subscription processors, app-store platforms, connected health and fitness integrations, and support/community platforms you choose to use.
Kinni does not sell personal data.
How long we retain your data
Kinni keeps personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining account and workout history where enabled, meeting legal or accounting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and supporting backups or audit records.
What rights you have over your data
Depending on your location and the data involved, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data. You can also revoke platform permissions such as Health Connect or Apple Health permissions through your device settings, disconnect integrations in Kinni, and request account or support-data assistance through Kinni support.
Where we send your data
Kinni may process data in the United Kingdom and other countries where Kinni, NoblePro, or service providers operate. When data is processed outside your country, Kinni uses appropriate safeguards where required by law.
